The procurement solution is divided into two main areas: Outsource of Direct Goods and Services that are part of the cost of goods sold or part of the manufacturing chain, and outsource of indirect goods and services that are used within the company (like motor vehicles, supplies, IT resources).

Here we act as your buyer and control your purchasing budget for goods, services or both. We have two basic options:

  1. DIRECT GOODS/SERVICES - Where we are in charge of negotiating and finding the best possible arrangements with vendors for your raw materials, finished goods to resale or subcontracting of services for your raw materials, finished goods to resale or subcontracting of services for your production, manufacturing or reselling needs. In conjunction with the Accounts Payable Module, we can help you control total relationship with your vendors.
  2. FOR INDIRECT GOOD/SERVICES - Like acquisition of equipment, motor vehicles supplies, IT Resources, etc., where we help define the right need, conduct a bid process and find viable options that save you money.

Also, we will have monthly meetings to discuss strategies, business results, business opportunities, financing options, etc.
